Submission and registration

The only data collected is used to build the scientific program of the conference ESWW 2025 and record registrations to participate.

The web site does not use any cookies.

How long we retain your data

The data collected for the submission and the registration are retained until the end of the conference ESWW 2025, or until full payment of the due amounts.

What rights you have over your data

If you submitted or registered for the conference ESWW 2025, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
