Business meetings

ESWW2024 participants can request a room for holding business meetings for the duration of the event.

Interested parties should contact directly the LOC (esww2025.loc[at]gmail.com) at their earliest convenience, providing details on the number of participants, preferred room setup and schedule. The LOC will try to address the meeting request as well as possible (within room availability) at an additional cost. To avoid conflicts, it is preferable that business meetings do not overlap with the scheduled sessions.
