Welcome reception (Monday 18.30 - 22.00)

Drop-in between 18.30-19.00

Where: Clarion Hotel (entrance on the backside through Västra Strandgatan 5D)

Address: Västra Strandgatan 5D, 903 26 Umeå

What: Light dinner and one welcome drink. Food will be served from 19.00 in 4 stations displayed on 2 floors. The principle is to move around and mingel while passing to each station to get your food. Bar is open until 22.00 for your own consumption. 

Music Night (Tuesday 20:00 - 01:00)

 Where: Studion + Studio Bar + Studio Lobby (entrance on the side through - Guitar museum)

 What: Bring your own instrument if you would like to play and share some songs with us. The bar offers drinks and snacks (not included). Bringing your own drinks is not allowed. 

We are looking for someone playing drums, so if you do play drums please contact us!

Public talk (Wednesday 19.45-21.00) 

Where: Idun, doors open at 19.30

What: Public talk in Swedish and Scandinavian with sounds and visuals. Speakers are Alice Wallner (Swedish Institute of Space Physics, Sweden) and Klaus Nielsen (DTU Space, Denmark) moderated by Gabriella Stenberg Wieser (Swedish Institute of Space Physics, Sweden). Conference Dinner (Thursday 19:15 - 23:30)

 Where: Restaurant Äpplet

 Address: Skolgatan 57, 903 29 Umeå

 What: A classic 3 course conference dinner with food, drinks and coffee included. People with dietary will received a ticket from the staff to be put in from of them when been sitted. Entertainement will be provided by the local student orchestra snösvänget.
