Call for abstracts
The submission of abstracts to a ESWW2025 session is opened.
The deadline for
- oral abstract submissions is closed.
- poster abstract submissions will close 5th September 2025.
How and where to submit
Abstracts are submitted through the Indico ESWW2025 website (https://events.spacepole.be/e/esww2025).
Submissions include a title, abstract (maximum 500 words) and the session to which the abstract is being submitted. Additionally, the submission include author names, emails and institutions (note that additional contributors can be added/removed using the ‘+/-’ buttons), and the presenters name and email along with the preferred presentation type (poster/oral). Before submitting make sure to click next to the speaker name on the microphone icon/symbol, without this you will not be able to submit.
Please note, P1 and P2 are panel discussions. Conveners can solicit two scene-setting talks and a few panellists. Unsolicited abstracts will be considered by conveners for the two scene-setting talks or as panelists. All other abstracts will be designated as poster.
Finally, the submitter must agree to the terms and conditions regarding personal data.
For session conveners
Conveners of sessions are now able to review all abstracts submitted to their session. More information how the reviewing system works is available here.
If you have any problems with the creation of an Indico account, your submission or the system in general, please contact the NOC at esww2025.loc[at]gmail.com. We will help you solve the problem.
Quick overview of the sessions
(Please note that all conveners should have received a notification about their proposed session from the NOC. If you did not received an email please look into your spams. All emails have been sent between 1 Apr and 4 Apr 2025).
The full details and descriptions of the sessions can be found on the Indico ESWW2025 website.
