ESWW 2026 Song of the Week Competition

Are you ready to unleash your inner rock star, lyricist, or mad scientist (in the best way possible)?

We’ve decided to turn up the volume at our upcoming music night! We are officially opening the floor for the self-made lyric competition for the “2026 ESWW-song-of-the-week”. We’ll be performing these live during the music night, i.e., the Space Weather Community will be asked to vote on-site. Hence, don't be shy, start brainstorming, pick your tune, and get writing!

The Challenge Take a well-known song and rewrite the lyrics to fit your preferred Space (Weather) theme. The only rule? It has to be actually singable! You dont have people to play or sing? Let us know and we fully support you!

The Prizes We’ve got sparkling wine, chocolate, and – the ultimate prize – the honor to be the official “ESWW 2026 Song of the Week Winner”!
