Space Weather Fair


Space Weather Fair will be held on Wednesday 4 November afternoon/evening. Attendees wishing to set up a dedicated Space Weather stand must submit their request via email. We kindly ask you to declare your intention to set up a stand at the ESWW 2026 Fair no later than 30 September 2026.

Booking a Stand for the Fair

Space Weather Fair Package: €300.00 (+ VAT, if applicable).
• Standard Stand: Measures 180x50 cm and includes 1 table and 2 chairs (tablecloth not provided).
• Mandatory Insurance
• 1kW Power Supply

Available on request:
• An extra module (60x50 cm) can be added for €50 (+ VAT, if applicable).
• You may also request a computer monitor (subject to availability) for an additional €100 (+ VAT, if applicable) per day.

Any other technical equipment can be quoted on request.

Applicants will be contacted to inform them about space availability, setup and placement options, as well as payment instructions. Please note that the contact person for each stand must be a registered participant at ESWW26 by the time the event begins, or alternatively, be an ESWW26 sponsor.

 Additional Information on VAT:
(Note: Please adjust the following rules based on the specific tax regulations of the ESWW26 host country)
• If your company is registered in Italy, the local tax (VAT) is due. Please add 22% to the total amount.
• If your company is registered in a European Union country other than Italy, VAT is not applicable (Reverse Charge Applicable, Article 194 of the EEC Directive 2006/112). Please ensure you provide your company's European tax registration number.
• If your company is based in a non-European country, local VAT is not applicable (please ensure compliance with your own country's tax rules).
